A must do if u get to Kaikoura! Really friendly team and awesome experience, despite we didn’t see any seals underwater that day. Luckily, we were informed about the bad conditions, and were promised a full refund if we didn’t see any seals, which is a really good service IMO. ? we’ll be back to see seals another day.

Absolutely loved it! HIGHLY recommended, we went on the 4th of Feb and loved every second of it. Literally feet away from seals out in their natural habitat. Amazing experience, all the team were lovely, if you're not sure whether you're going to do this.... DO IT

OH MY GOD THIS WAS SURREAL. One of the best things we have done since being in NZ. $110 is so cheap for what this is. You get so close to the seals, seeing them swim is a privelidge these animals are amazing in the water! You get wetsuits up by the friendly staff and they take you on a bus down the coast where the boat takes you to the seals. This is Mother Nature at its finest! Got some awesome photos with GoPro and an experience I won't forget!

We made a tour on 20/11. Great value for money. At noon it started with a little introduction (they'll show you a picture, where you'll go swimming with seals). Then the team (3 people) helped us choosing the wetsuits and snorkel-gear, they were very professional. They drive you to the pier with a small bus. During the 10 min drive you'll get some information on the history of Kaikoura and seal swimming and then a little boat takes you to the actual bay where you'll get more safety information. The snorkeling with seals took around one hour, but it's possible to go back to the boat earlier or later, if you're too cold. You can bring your own camera etc. if it's waterproof. This experience was just incredible. You're swimming with seals in their natural environment, which means that some will come really close and other will swim below you quickly! These are wild and not trained animals! Of course you wont see a seal any 2 minutes, but from time to time the guide was whisteling strongly to show where there is a seal! You'll see many fish and all in all I can hihgly recommend this experience! A must do when you're in NZ! Also the group was great! There were people from 8 to 80 years, Australians, Germans, Americans, it was great group! I think you'd miss something if you didn't do this tour ;)

Highly recommended! It was quite cold despite the wetsuit, but still a great experience! Super nice company of the team!
