Wonderful camping spot! Oodles of space to choose from on grass, under big trees, near the river with toilet facilities etc. Beautiful walks nearby, and so many doggos!! Our pup was very happy here making friends ?

Stayed here 30/12 and it was busy but still plenty of places to “park up where we liked”. A mix of shaded and sunny places to park, and nice outlook. A few minutes from Wanaka town but worked for us as we left for Queenstown the next day. Flush toilets and long drops available. We didn’t have to queue dispute it being rather busy. Water from tap needs to be boiled according to the sign

Good quality low cost camp site, not too far from town. Sitting along the river under the pines trees was lovely too. Basic amenities and flush toilets ? Phone reception as well. The road is quite bumpy with a lot of tree roots sticky out and pot holes but easy enough to drive around/over.

Large, open campsite nestled among pine trees next to the river. Quiet considering it’s fairly close to a busy road. Basic amenities (loos, washing up area, bins,taps) so suited to low maintenance campers. Would stay again!

Great place. So much room. Incredible views and the river was second to none. Flush toilets were a bonus and long drops throughout the site. Neat little walk to top of the ridge, views accross toward the mountains.

For me TOP. Quiet by the river, lovely. What a diamond among the ugly no camper vibes HERE!
