We thought we'd pop up for a look, minus caravan. Road in is ok ( saw a deer on the road) but river was up and we didn't have the courage to try the ford. カーバンをここに持って来ないだろう。

素晴らしい

川沿いに隠れ、美しいキャンプ場です。川を渡る道は良いので、高いクリーンションの車が必要です。しかし、サンドフライは午後2時から我々が11時に到着したときには我々にとって耐え難いもので、また午前7時30分から始まりました。DOCはまた1080の毒のスプレーを行っていたので、我々は特定の徒歩をすることができなかったし、キャンプ場は更なる通知まで閉鎖されました。

多くの国々を乗り越えてスーヴ / モーターサイクルで旅行しました。これは私が訪れた中で最高のキャンプ場の1つです. Glacial stream / mountains / grassy campground with no one there ( only downside is sandflies)

川沿いの美しい広々とした静かなキャンプ場、水泳に最適で、サンドフライが体験を台無しにしすぎません :(ここでキャンプするのは私たちともう一台の車だけでした。

ハードドライブは、岩の道路で。美しい川と景色の素晴らしいスペース. あまり混雑していない. サンドフライのたくさん. 遠くの場所で素敵な場所。

Fire is allowed in the existing fire pits, as indicated by a sign. Sandflies are really annoying, but the place is super nice, right on the river, also good for swimming and fishing.

We fully agree with the last comment. A beautiful spot. Take your own drinking water and be prepared for sandflies.

Must see best place in nz so far. The facilities are amazingly clean and the road is better than I expected with a beautiful view. The fords where one of our highlights in nz. A road trip without this campsite is not a road trip ?
