Don't understand the negative reviews. One of our favorite DOC spots. Feels very remote, no reception, but 2 toilets (decent enough) and running water. Nice hikes starting there :) 100% recommend. Need to book ahead

11km easy and nice dirt road, 2x toilets, water( boil for drinking), nice flat ground, picknic tables, planty of space for cars and tents, no phone service

The road took us much shorter than maps thought. Even though it would be worth it. Most amazing quiet spot and the best sunsethike ever

Nice spot - close to some trails in the wood. The gravel road is not that bad. We have 2WD Toyota Avensis.
