Australia’s Top Holiday Parks for Kids, State by State

If you're looking at taking the family on a vacation in Australia, it can be daunting to find the right park for you. You want to be spending your time and money wisely so you can holiday with no regrets while making memories to treasure for a lifetime.

We want to help make the decision on where to stay the right one for you and your family so we've teamed up with our friends at Holidays with Kids to bring these quality family-favourite parks to your accommodation shortlist for your next adventure.

BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort

Every year, our mates at Holidays with Kids ask their readers to vote for their favourite holiday parks across the country. The awards are an opportunity to recognise holiday parks in each state that offer something extra special - whether that's impeccable guest services, outstanding facilities, a jam-packed calendar of kids events, an unbeatable holiday location, or in most cases, a combination of all these things.

What's clear is these parks all go the extra mile to accommodate families, with many investing in a range of facilities that'll leave your kids' eyes bulging. Think waterslides, cinemas, flying foxes, bike tracks, mini golf, kids' club activities, go-karting, petting zoos and arcade games to name just a few. And all this in addition to imaginative accommodation options such as safari tents, pods and onsite vintage caravans.

We've rounded up these award winning holiday parks and other standouts for each state below, so you know you're picking from the best of the best and those recommended by other families like yours.
