AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dirty, junkies walking through all night. Not safe at all.

Nice lady at the front desk, but very rough and dated. Garbage floating around. In need of a serious upgrade.

Good position for town shopping, surprisingly quiet late evening an through the nite unless ur under the huge palms an bits fall on ur roof frequently. Wife thought someone was throwing stuff on our roof? Toilet block was not good, decreped and in need of repairs ☹

Rolled out the swag for only one night. Paid for the privilege. Place could do with a bit of a clean. Amenities are seriously dated.

The showers/toilets are dirty and the surroundings look like not the safest place in town. I am glad we just stayed for one night and the only thing we really needed was a powered site - and it attended our needs.

The location is very good as coles is right next to it and a short walk to the city centre, ammenities are a little tired/def not as nice as other caravan parks we’ve come across, and the kitchen was quite dirty, we stayed away and just used our van kitchen. We only stayed 1 night and it did the job though , people there were friendly. We paid for 3 people for a powered site. Overall if your not in Dubbo for too long it’ll do the job.

Situated well in city. Close to small shopping centre, and Dubbo town. Clean amenities, good price per night.

Position, position, position. A very tired, not well-maintained park, but it did the job for us.

Very average facilities, we had a storm roll through and the place flooded so we left a day early the water was lapping at the tent up on the concrete slab, no refund was offered
