Definitely want to get back to Ferndale, great place to try your hand at free camping without completely disconnecting if you're a little unsure. However we drove past last week and signs at the entry advise closure due to Covid until October.

Nice and secluded.

Nice little spot to stay, it's quiet and peaceful. Nice amd clean bathrooms and friendly owners . However it does have run down caravans just dumped around the park and the road is very narrow so if 2 cars were going at the same time it would be awful.

Beautiful site, perfect camping and lots of space to find quiet spot even in crazy January rush. Friendly owners. 15$ pp + 7$ if you want power. One review mentioned hot pool and spa)) this is wrong review for a different place near by. This is true camping but hot shower and toilet available. Lots of birds and parrots. Bring your own drinking water

Love this place. But of a steep entry going down to the site but the it slow and you week be fine. Ok for caravans but a 4wd would be wise at least if leaving in wet weather. Watch for ticks. Nice walk up to the dam . Plenty of places to swim. Be careful of dung around. Owners are easy to deal with but not great with math. One of my fav spots to go.

Awesome place to go and just relax. Waking up to the cows walking past your caravan when eating breakfast. The water is so beautiful to swim in. Friendly owners. On a clear night you can just lay outside and look up to the stars. Prefect all round. Go there now at least ever second weekend

Awesome stay! $50 for 4 people with 2 small tents. Very pretty spa / hot pool area for evening chill before you put your heads down (open till 10pm). Clean area, nice park, benches outside for picnic, enclosed kitchen and laundry. Friendly staff!!!

A very affordable peaceful and serene place. Will be back for sure.
