Great place to stay. Also with kids. They can swim in the river and sea.

Nice place on the river and sea. We where the only outsiders. Most campers where Australien people. Can surf here for start. Paid $ powered with 2 adults and 3 kids

The park was tidy and nice. Toilets were clean. The barbeque area was clean. We didn't use the po Laundry worked fine. We had good 4G signal with Telsim reception. It is in a beautiful area near the beach and river. It has power. It was very busy.

This park i am told is always busy and yes it was busy. Not impressed for the price of a night and stuffed up the back of the park. You have to pay more for the beach front sites and then you have people walk right past your van to the beach. Annex slabs were all worn out shade cloth with big holes in them. Easy to twist an ankle on. Roads are narrow and if you want your awning out on your van you have to park your car partly on the road which makes the park feel so claustrophobic. Kids screaming about on their bikes, skate boards and the like. If you like Surfing and fishing and I don’t there isn’t much to do here. There is no sign where to park to check in and I ended up blocking traffic and when I asked where to park they didn’t seem to care and said ‘oh everybody does that’ well how about put a sign up for checkin parking! I won’t be back

Great amenities and right by the beach.

No unpowered sites, cheapest site $38.00, old showers, WiFi included, looking out over the ocean, expensive even for this part of the coast.

No basic campsite necessities like a camp kitchen or working WiFi ,and no customer service to deal with these downfalls.

We paid $43 for a van + 2 people per night. We stayed there for 2 nights because the surfing was very good there. The boards are rented out by a local person from his pickup truck right in the parking lot. He is very friendly and the prices are fair. The campsite has everything a tourist site can offer. All facilities were very clean and well maintained.

Booked one night, ended up staying three! Best location possible, cranking surf, and beautiful creek, that is so much fun on the incoming or outgoing tide. $59 powered site for a family of 4. Friendly helpful staff.

Spent two nights here at what we figured was the prime position on the surf side. Loved it, yes its windy and lots of flies but its Australia and ya get that. Great views down the beach and to the headland, very friendly staff and people throughout the township. We faced the small carpark that the surfers use but hey its a surfers town. Thankyou to the caretakers had a lively stay. Mick & Ray xx
