Have stayed there quite a few times before only for the location (park is very run down) and no maintenance done. Website showed price for powered site for 2 people but when I arrived they told me $50 powered site. I told them about the website info and he was quite abrupt. Paid $100 for 2 nights, given a Park map to find site only to find another couple setting up their campervan. When talking to them I found out they were only charged $260 for a week. Feeling totally ripped off. Won't be back.
Shocking and rude staff. Tried to book over the phone at 4pm. Told us that there was a site available but the office was closed. Asked were we allowed to book it cause it was for the following day. Staff member impatiently said I’ve already told you this twice, the office is closed, the office is closed and hung up. Disgraceful!
Please note that the reception is shutting at noon during this time.
Everyone... Listen to me.... The other comments are not joking... Everything is real.... The staff is rude, poor facilities
Place is clean, a bit tight. Toilet below average, doesn't smell that good. I only stayed because I wanted to go whale watching early the next morning.
Staff very rude and abrupt, dated facilities tiles falling off showers. Worst place I've ever stayed
Reception closes at 4:30 p.m.!!! ???
Friendly staff, great location for marina day trips e.g. Whale watching. Few restaurants in walking distance and boat club across the road for a nice evening drink. Toilets and showers clean, little dated but much better than others we've visited.
Worst experience ever in Australia. Arrived at 6 pm without reservation but office closes at 4:30 pm. Were able to reach the caretaker who was super super rude. Have never experienced anything similar. Drove off immidiately.
Okay for one night but not really great. Small kitchen area facilities weren't really great either. 36$ 2people for power-site
