Great campsite. Permit required, no range. Beautiful location.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Quiet and close to many walks.
Excellent spot. Plenty of room and clean toilets. Lots of native birds and animals. Be warned- no showers but there is a watering hole.
Really enjoyed our one night stay. Plenty of open space. Fires. Good facilities. A few hiking tracks too! The road just before the campsite is gravel for about 5kms. Our 2WD vehicle did just fine.
Family loves coming to this beautiful, peaceful place.
We decided to check this place. Very disappointed. The road in is heavily corrugated from forestry vehicles, the actual campsite is very open and exposed and a dust bowl. Overrated
Stayed here for 2 nights this week very nice place highly recommend. Kids caught plenty of fish in the swimming hole. The goannas, bush turkeys are a bit to friendly. Great facilities
We went to visit here to see what it is like for future use and are definitely looking forward to going back as the Amenities are all new and clean with flushing toilets except no showers. New barbecues with very nice landscaping has been done with fire rings and taps for water supply but you must bring your own drinking water. Swimming in the river with an easily accessible beach is very popular along with the well posted bush walks but bring your Bushmans spray as tics are quite common in the Australian bush.
