A beautiful location with good facilities, but not particularly clean. The camp kitchen was a real let-down; there was a note on every appliance saying ‘sorry, out of order’. We love birds, but the cockatoos were really too much!

Lovely owners and facilities. Very clean and a short walk to everything Melrose has to offer.

Great spot. We parked in unpowered area. Lots of space. Walk to Mt Remarkable from the campground. Toilets and showers. Pub and cafe in town. Bike tracks all around.

Pretty cool camping, really clean and new facilities ! The wifi is fast enough to download on Netflix and the manager was kind with us. We have paid per night for an unpowered site with access to a closed kitchen and toilets/showers. I recommend this camping if you plan to hike the Mt Remarkable, the track start at the end of the campground. ????

Pretty underwhelming- very tight pitches so you’re really close to your neighbour and expensive.

Really nice park and really near the pub. What more can you want!!

New managers who have a real vision. Right on the creek. Amazing for mountain bikers but we just loved wandering the wonderful history town and some bush walks. Highly recommend the park ( early arrivals and late book outs welcome) and the town.

Can only comment on the cabins, which are warm and quiet. Location of the camp is ideal for exploring Mt Remarkable National Park. Village with general store, fuel and cage/pubs within 300m. Highly recommended.

Fantastic town and nice campsite. Everything well run and clean - very friendly managers who take pride in the site. No grass on unpowered section at moment but nice grassed powered sites available. Right on the doorstep of the mountain bike and waking trails. Good food in North Star Hotel.

Excellent caravan park. Great hosts. Facilities well kept. Water. Cooking. Clean toilets. Bins.
