Arrived around 5.15 pm towing caravan and we were lucky to get the last available space for a car and 21ft van to fit on the edge of the track entry. Very busy and still another three vehicles after us with two leaving as they couldn’t find a spot. Apparently, the night before there was only one person staying there. The advice is to get there early. It is a lovely spot and good when you have other people around. No facilities at all but the dawn chorus of the birds was very memorable
Wow this was an amazing spot for camping. Need to be fully self contained, and 4wd to reach this area. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
No facilities. We were in our car and few others with rooftop tents. Nice, quiet, and spacious. Good for a nights sleep
No shower or toilet or garbage, take your garbage with either and do not leave toilet paper on the floor. There are nice picnic tables. We stayed a night in a rooftop tent, arrived around 8:30 and departed around 8:00 in the morning. Very quiet, away from large roads. We did not have a bcp of wind, while these last nights were busy.
free 72h rest area for us one of the most beautiful free camping areas many seats • no toilet/douche/water • picnic tables • wind-protected as in the forest • stood there with 6/7 other campers
Good free campsite with around 7-8 spaces. Filled up around 5/6pm. No service but no problem
It was a very quiet night. No cell service, but that didn't bother us. Just put out a bowl of water for the many bees; they're only looking for water, and if you stay calm, they're very friendly.
Easy to reach, quiet and peaceful. There is enough space for everyone, there are tables, but no toilets.
Quiet, clean and very pleasant place. No Optus reception. No toilets. No rubbish bins. We spent one night here and there were about 15 other campers there. But there was still enough space for everyone.
Great place to stay overnight! Free, very clean, picnic tables and fire pits. There were 3 other vehicles there and very quiet at night. Unfortunately no Telstra reception
