The campsite provides basic amenities, including nearby toilets, which is convenient. The grass isn’t excessively high but slightly unkempt. Additionally, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which can affect comfort in the evenings.
Millions of mozzies in early May 2025. We ended up moving to Kurrajong campground which had very few!
Wonderful stay - campsites are big, toilets are clean and landscape spectacular
Beautiful campground with lots of space. Camphosts are also very friendly and helpful. A lot of mosquitos at night so don’t forget your spray!
A really nice campsite. We paid at the visitor center and could choose where to go.
Absolutely beautiful location. Very peaceful and plenty of space for tents, vans etc. Information centre staff were extremely helpful. $13pp per night plus park entry fee. Well worth every cent!
Self-pay-station-cash. Lots of space. Nice mood in the evening. Only Plumsklo which we would rather not have used. Non-drinking water at every seat.
$13/person. Large sites that were great for tent and tent pegs. Nice single-room pit toilets around that were clean. Only 2 or 3 others in our half of the campground. Closer to the longer trails for early morning hikes without driving in the dark.
