Nice pitch with lots of campers, which is good if you're traveling alone because you feel very safe. The only thing that is very annoying are the many insects. It was simply not possible to cook (in the dark). It was also difficult to get all the animals out of the car, and I didn't even have the lights on.

Slept at this camp last night and someone came into my van while I was sleeping and stole my wallet out of a draw and money out of my backpack which was in the front. I woke up and they ran away, got in a car and drove off. They left a 5L bottle with a hose behind which makes me believe they wanted to cypher gas out of cars. We slept in the front part where there is picnic tables. I suggest driving to the back and staying where there is multiple cars. Maybe put your jerry cans in your cars.. And lock your cars while you sleep

Excellent option! We couldn’t get in to Bungle Bungle CP. Pulled in to this spot at 630pm, pitch black, but incredibly spacious and tidy. Felt safe, busy, frequented by great people. We took the risk of leaving our van here for a whole (and long) day at Bungle Bungles. Was the best thing we could have done! Staying at this free spot saved us $100 in CP fees. Well done WA, another great free stop!

Really good rest area, clean toilets, traffic not to noisy. Good nature around, howling dingos at night. We stayed two nights due to road closure.

Really nice and lots of shade in the back. Flush toilets ?? good starting point if you want to go to the national park.

Since we arrived in the evening, we did not see that there was a back part. The construction site on the street does not bother a bit. Toilets were clean.

Good starting point for a day trip to the Bungle Bungle NP. Really nice spot, but pretty crowded. People leave there caravans there and reserve their campong spot, so come here early!
