Basically a free camp but you have to pay for it... no soap on the toilet and a extrem wind. The view is nice, many crab fisher

Great little camp right off the highway (without noise). Great if you are travelling into Perth and don’t want to pay for a caravan park. Felt very comfortable and safe.

Beautiful camping spot close to the water. Great space not too big. There are toilets only. Each site is clearly marked.

Update 03/04/23 Super spot, really beautiful place. Several places for all types of campers. Book online. clean toilets and a water point. You are at the edge of an arm of the ocean, it's magical, the walk is super nice, a few parrots and kangaroos in the early morning. There is no wifi and no showers but for that go pay monstrous sums in campsites and leave spots like this to adventurers who love nature? bye

Very basic and recommend you are more experienced campers than we were doing this one day one of our road trip! Clean toilets and pretty beach and that's just about all there is here.

Please note: Herron Point Campground is now an online booking system. Google 'Murray Shire Herron Point' and it will put you on to the booking site. Up to 5 night stay in a 21day period. Dog friendly but on lead at all times in the campground. Free to roam on the beach. No open fires during Fire Ban season. Check with caretaker.
