Super fun little walk with stunning views and amazing rock formations. Well worth the walk up, it is steep but manageable. One you get to the big pile of strange looking rocks just start climbing up! You’ll reach a path leading to the forest one on the paths take a left and another left immediately after. We miss the second lefts and almost got lost in the forest ;)
Really nice, But be aware of the weather, we went up in a sunny/cloudy day and when we were climbing the weather changed and we had strong wind with hail.. Quite dangerous as the pipes get slippery
So worth it! The parking lot is tiny, maybe good for 5 cars and the trail head is a bit hidden. The same trail start takes you to the organ pipes and the Mt summit. After a very steep start, the track gets rather easy and the organ pipe rocks are a few meters to the left after the fork on the track. Takes about 10-15min to reach the start of the climb. When climbing up the rocks, make sure you don't stop too early. Once you reach what looks like a little rocky throne and the end of the climb, turn left on the small path that takes you to a great, flatter clearing with an amazing view. To reach the clearing you need max 10min climbing. I wouldn't recommend to do this in wet conditions as some rocks are very smooth and slippery even in dry conditions. Hiking boots are recommended as well to be safe.
The small stop at the beginning is a bit hidden. The way only takes about 20 minutes easy. You can see very beautiful vegetation here and the view is also phenomenal. At the pipes you can start to climb. Do not be afraid, because the shape of the rocks makes it easier than you think. Upstairs you have a good view again and it's really fun!
