This place is great! They have everything you need. If you’re camping you get early access to the pools before it’s open to the public. It’s very clean, they drain the pools everyday. Nice staff, I’ll definitely be recommending to friends. It’s well worth it

Super nice facility with hot pools. Admission is included for campers. Toilet/showers a bit old but quite clean. Camping kitchen small. No mobile reception.

Relaxing soak in a great setting. Worth doing the 10 minute nature walk first to see the large hot water spring.

Absolutely worth seeing! We were here with the motorhome, there are only a few places, so better reserve beforehand! The thermal bath is great and on the trail you can take spectacular pictures of the almost 100 degree hot river, the source of which springs here on the premises and flows into the pools. The thermal bath is well attended during the day by guests who only visit the bath. All campers have free admission and can go into the pools without supervision before the official opening at 9am from 6am. There is a kitchen with a fridge, showers, toilets, fresh water and the bistro from the thermal bath. Unfortunately no dump station.

Great, unique place to stay. We stayed 2 nights on a powered site in our campervan. Access to the pools is included in campsite price. Hot shower, basic kitchen facilities. 25-30 min drive into Rotorua centre. A must stay in Rotorua - would recommend going into the pools at 7am when sun is rising.

Amazing place to camp. Powered sites for $27pp and non powered for $24pp. Check in at 2pm and check out at 11am. Thermal pool pass is included in camping price and is valid between 2pm and 11am. Clean facilities and great thermal pools!
