It was a very nice walk up the hills. Did it in 54mins, and 40mins down. Really good views up top. Very happy with this one👍🏽

Well worth doing on a sunny day with great views of the snow capped mountains from the top. Take the small track from the trig to the rocks for the best mountain views. One and half hours up and one down. Good parking for our camper at the start.

Views are stunning at the top if you walk down the small hidden path, you’ll get a great view of the lake. The walk itself could use a little trim but mostly it was great.

To do absolutely! 1h30 to go up and 1h to go down but with a big rhythm. The view is magnificent, in clear weather you can see the mountains of Tongariro Park!

Beautiful walk and awesome view from the top!! Took us 2 hours up (with a broken arm) and 1 down!

It took us less than an hour to reach the summit ... the path was a bit wild, but the views on top were just stunning! Tip: When you reach the top, you will walk the small dirt track to the big stones on the edge of the "cliff" ... Super view of Taupo City, Lake & surroundings! In any case, more than worthwhile in good weather / visibility :)
