Nice spot with decent room although on a bit of a hill you can find some flat bits Signal is good No amenities that I know of A minute walk into town and nice and quiet at night If you like fishing there is a river just by the sight Maol

Great quiet spot on the river. Self contained although toilets are at the playground 100m walk. Plenty of space and shady spots. People of Yass are friendly. KW

Lovely spot. Lots of space. One of the top free campsites I have stayed at. Nice and peaceful, near town, on the banks of the Yass River. Great feel.

This is a lovely spot! We stopped for lunch, and it is really recommended! It has a river where you can also fish, and it has self-contained vehicles!

What a great place to stay. Different places along river or up hill overlooking river. Large sports field in centre. No facilities so for self contained only. Friendly town and good wineries nearby.

Peaceful, beautiful and spacious area near the river for a stopover. Plenty of shaded and unshaded lots. Woke up to a variety of birds singing in the morning. Pleasant experience.

Such a nice place spot to stay on the river and free! Community welcoming and nice. Yass bar very good vibe and had some delicious food and wine. Will definitely stop here in future!!!
