To many mental health patients in this one, tried to intimidate and harass 72 hours the locals have been here for months, funny
If you really need a night stay then this is ok. It’s written that only self contained machines, fine can be up to 1000dollars. There’s toilet nearby but it’s not open and can’t use it. Cause the campsite is in the middle of town then no bush to pee as well. No water anywhere. There’s not a lot of room. The “permanent residents” have a camp as well and didn’t want to be near them. Pretty noisy. Really really good phone signal all maxed 5G
Stay away bad people live there
Lots of space, quiet, no toilets or water, negative point: the "long-term residents" think they are at home and do not welcome you with open arms (do not stand next to them if you do not want to be insulted)
Great place, next to football field. Felt safe, there is a dump station and drinking water tap. No toilets.
Didn’t feel safe. ‘Permanent’ residents that stay here were shouting and making threats of punching. The man became angry at us for using our phone outside due to claims of government conspiracy theories. The toilets and showers were locked. So overall would avoid
Nice place, we arrived at 6:30pm and there was still a couple of spots. Toilets closed during all our stay and we left at 9 a.m
Nice spot. Short 250m walk to Coles or Aldi. Limited space but level and easy to park. Dump point onsite.
Very disappointed toilets not open, wanted to stay for the night, camping for only about 5 caravans
Good little free camp outside of Newcastle, only downside is the toilets don’t open until later in the morning. Few friendly residents also :)
