The description saying pets are not permitted is totally misleading. Dogs are indeed permitted.

Stayed one night perfect drop toilets good had a camp oven plenty of water in the dam and 4G JOW

Truly a beautiful place. Peaceful serenity with the songs of the abundant bird life and the river. Drop toilets are clean. BBQ’s, (NOT for drinking) water taps and bins on-site. Great place for the kids to adventure and explore.

Very spacious and well maintained picnic area/campground. Garbage bins present as well as several fishermens amenaties (cleaning table, small smoke ovens, grills...) Several sheltered tables. Bring your own firewood; it is not so easy to collect at the reserve. Some cows are wandering around (as well as some wallabees). Very quiet at night. Unfortunately only little water in the river.

Nice area. Clean, beautiful areas and clean PF’s. Highly recommend
