At present closed due to road works,road above Blackbird Flat locals only.

A beautiful spot! There is a drop toilet, but you need your own everything else. You can camp on the reserve with the cows or you can also head down the track following the river a little way and on the left. There are secluded, peaceful spots along there. I stayed with the cows and the stunning view of the river and hills.

Road down to here closes due to fires so currently closed

Nice big empty campsite with bins and toilets. Next to the road but very quiet. It is a travelling stock reserve (tsr) so expect to be sharing the site with a bunch of cows. Beautiful scenery!
