Maybe just my experience but didn’t feel safe as female solo traveller. Moved onto campsite

It is not a quiet place to sleep, but there are many other campers.

Basic area to stay a night. Toilet were okay. Noisy during the day but not so much during the night.

Slept in my car here just for 1 night. Very noisy as right next to the highway and two bright street lights. The toilets were also blocked so unusable. There’s a nicer rest area further south near (Brunswick Valley Way) I would opt to stay there.

No camping allowed at this rest area

Very noisy overnight stay location with some toilets and regularly emptied bins with no shower facilities. There is a sign saying no camping.

Nice little rest area with flushing toilets and running water. No seats though. There is a playing ground for kids, picnic tables and a grassy area. Small area which was almost full when we arrived in the dark. A sign saying "caution for snakes" but we only saw a toad. It is 20m from the motorway so we could hardly sleep because of the noise. It is very loud through the whole night, we hardly slept! I'd not reccomand this site if you have other options.

Toilets were unclean but for a free stop this was ok. The rest area was very busy

Fine for one night of you don't mind the road noise. Think I'm going to get some ear buds as there's a lot of these types of rest areas

Toilets, good size parking bays, picnic benches and a kids playground. Right next to the highway so it's not quiet but a nice enough spot for a sleepover.
