Incredible!!! My boyfriend and I were alone and everything went perfectly! The river is beautiful, there are 5 to 8 spots, and if you continue along the path there are flat areas. I highly recommend it; a 4x4 or SUV is necessary or safer!

Really good campground. No trouble getting there even with a 2WD car, some roads are a bit steep but still manageable. Site wasn’t too busy as there were some empty plots. Really nice walk down to the river as well. No tap so bring plenty of water :)

Did not stay here due to the road conditions, but it is a really nice camping area, flat with about 6 spots in the main area and quite a few more where past campers have set up. Beautiful and isolated. 5km on nicely packed dirt road once you turn off Imlay Road. Turnoff from dirt road showed some bumpy sections but very manageable for most cars. We stopped at the T for 'day use only' and 'camping' to investigate, but the road to the camping section was quite steep and very rough. We opted not to try with our high top 2WD Hiace. AWD should have no problem getting in.
