So don’t stay here. Worst experience of my life. Had stayed there a few nights ago and woke up to our camper infested with mites. Our bodies were covered and we woke up at 3am scratching. Days later I’m still covered in spots. We had to deep clean the van and the go straight to the laundry room to wash everything in the van and cost an extra 40 dollars. Staff were passive and dismissive of our issues. Facilities on site are small and covered in wildlife. Had to use the toilets with a frog sitting next to

We stayed here for one night and all was good. Our pitch was a spot in a large area, rather than the delineated pitches we have had elsewhere. An 'out in the bush' type experience, but with a power connection, toilets and facilities! Convenient for a trip to K'gari, although we ended up on a tour that ran from Hervey Bay Marina!

Fantastic place, beautiful setting in the bush. The facilities including the camp kitchen are so nicely done with what looked like recycled corrugated iron. Great place to stay when exploring K’gari - 5 mins from the ferry. We left our caravan here for the night while staying on K’gari and it was quite cheap. Highly recommended.

Lovely camp site, very clean and very well equipped kitchen facilities. Toilets and showers very clean. Such a lovely place to stop.

Beautiful camping ground, everything is so well looked after and maintained 😊 The automatic checkin didn’t work for us but the staff were really friendly and help us. As it wasn’t too busy we were free to choose our camping site even though we’d booked a specific one. Unfortunately, we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. We’ve never been to a campground with so many mozzies. This really ruined our night. Other than that it’s a gorgeous place and we’d totally recommend you stay here!

Der Platz war gross, wir konnten parken wo wir wollten, waren aber doch etwas unsicher, weil die Info zuwenig genau war. Die Besitzerin wirkte etwas kühl auf uns. Kein Hallo oder sonst was. Die Duschen und Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Der Weg zur Fähre war sehr nahe, was sehr positiv war!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location with lots of space and you really feel away from it all, like you're having an Ozzy bush experience. Going on one of the walks around the property highly recommended - saw a kangaroo! Super clean and really beautifully designed features and the showers are amazing! Friendly staff to top it all off. Well worth a visit, would definitely go back

Great location near River Heads port for getting to Fraser Island. The campsite feels remote and quiet (not too touristy) and the facilities are excellent and obviously been built with love. The kitchen is outdoors but seriously well equipped with everything you need. We stayed during some damp weather and the bugs were pretty bad - we all have a lot of bites despite covering ourselves with repellent. Also loads of cane toads at night. We still had a great time sat around a fire pit and would recommend a visit - just bring some leggings and a long sleeved top to cover your skin from the bugs!!

Incredibly beautiful landscape around the camping ground. We were lucky enough to see a group of kangaroos nearby. Lovingly designed, nice people. Beware of aggressive mosquitoes!

Great campsite with an amazing host Paul! We couldn’t have asked for a better site to stay especially with kids! The dog Rosie is so playful and kids enjoyed playing and feeding her, paul brought the kids to feed the birds and explained different bird types and kids loved seeing the kangaroos roam! Paul created a cinema experience on the first night on the stage which kids loved. The facilities are made with a special personal touch and the handyman / woman skills were evident throughout! Enjoyed our stay a lot!
