Amazing location right on the beach

Open 24 hours with basic facilities such as toilets. It’s only about 10 minutes from Cape Hillsborough. Simple, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the area.

Arrived at around 2-3pm and left at 5am the next morning. Didn’t see anyone collecting camp fees so stayed for free. Would have been happy to pay the $ for the location right by such a beautiful beach and close to get to Cape Hillsborough for wallabys at sunrise.

At 5 p.m. a very friendly lady (the owners have apparently changed) came to the campsite and collected everyone's money. (cash only). The toilets were clean. There is also an outdoor shower, sink and BBQ. Great for one night! ?

A very basic grass camp. A woman kindly welcomed us but made us park far from the crowds and in a corner because my wife smokes and the smoke bothers people. In my opinion, all we need to do is tell smokers to move out of the parking lot, right? Like in all public spaces, where smoking is prohibited? In short, clean toilets, a cold outdoor shower, and a barbecue (bring your own baking paper or you won't be able to use it). A perfect place to get up and go to Cape Hillsborough, but the $15 price is a bit steep.

Has a basic camp kitchen with gas bbq, sink w/hot water, and a single 240V AC outlet.

15$ per night. We arrived after 6pm and the campsite was closed... Clean toilets.

NOT FREE. PAID CAMPGROUND. Cold showers outside the toilets but not to take a shower with shampoo and soap. There is a friendly lady attendant.

Site closes at 6pm and they charge for money. There is no contact details on the sign or check in after 6pm so if you are travelling later this is not the campsite for you.
