Great place to stop over hot showers clean toilets. Don't forget and pay the $10 a night. Pub is a must look in an have a beer or two.

A great quiet camp spot. For a $10 donation you get a grassy camp spot, flush toilets, a hot shower and power. For a tiny ghost town the heritage centre was a pleasant surprise, exposing the gold rush and town history. Have a wander down the street to see the abandoned shops and imagine life back in the 1800s gold rush and then pop in the pub for a drink or 3 and a meal. The owners are super friendly and happy to chat.

Great overnight stop, the bitumen parking area has 3 spots with slabs & power. It’s only a small area so bigger rigs can park outside the fence, there is also power poles outside the fence. Nice amenities & worth a look through the centre. Drop a donation in the tin either at the toilet/shower block or inside the centre.

23/6/22 This is a must stop over free camp with power hot showers/toilet the pub has great meals fantastic fire pit just a darn good Aussie pub. Please add some $$ in donation box to keep this going for future travellers

Great spot for a 48hr stopover. Showers and toilet very well maintained and have excellent space and hot water. Power available on towers beside concrete slab. The three powered site are well set up in a bitumen area between the mining museum and the toilet and shower block. A little walk to the Cracow Pub which is owned by Fred Bropy of boxing tent fame. Very interesting to have a look through the pub and leave you message on the walls or ceiling. Lots of interesting things to do and see in the area.
