We stayed a Saturday night in the freecamp section and was able to find an area free of broken glass. The toilets were dirty, fortunately we were self contained. The 'Locals of another culture' directly across the road had thumping music pumping, throughout the entire night. We would've phoned the police however they only visit two days a week and Saturday was not one of them, hence we left early.

Great spot, new toilet block, tap bore water ( not for drinking), lots of bird life including Major Mitchell cockatoos.

Not the most clean place but everything worked. We arrived at night and the town looked a little bit creepy. But beside the millions of ants OK..
