Nice large area Very prickly so beware Quiet

Currently dry and easily traversable. A lot of small tracks circle around each other offering great flat spots to pitch a tent or park up for the night. Bins provided. Fires allowed. Be sure to collect some firewood before you pull up.

Exceptionally dry times have made the trees spindly and the ground, a dust bowl. The Creek is dry but we still found it as good as other places without facilities. I wouldn't attempt to drive in here after rain.

Spacious,FREE campsite,better than some we tried 2 get into at Longreach although no showers but thats ok.. Great location along the creek & among the trees
