Great pub, great food and great staff and amenities

Plenty of free camp space and great setting alongside the river. Would have been 50 vans there in early July when we stayed but plenty of space. Too many drove in the wet mud and there’s some rough sites now.

Stayed 2 nights perfect in anyway had a meal at the pub too support the free stay there is toilets and a dump site no water or power wifi in front of the pub JW

A must stay, great meals, excellent historical pub, relaxing beer gardens. Friendly staff, hot showers available for a gold coin donation. We parked up next to the walkway and enjoyed a great happy hour beside the lagoon. Open fires are a must on a winters night.

This place was amazing - in the middle of nowhere, there’s acres of camping space, the most wholesome pub I’ve ever seen (it had so much character), cold beer on tap and hot showers (you’ll find them behind the pub). All they ask is a donation or patronage at the pub. Awesome place to stay! I’d go out of my way to stay here if I was in the area again ?

Great place to stay, near the river, toilets are clean, you can also use showers near the hotel/pub. Make sure you will grab a beer there!:))

I love camping at this pub. Great hosts and plenty of places for tents campers caravans and motorhomes. It won't disappoint
