Large space, room for several vehicles to spread out. No facilities. Reception for Telstra & Optus! Felt safe & slept well.
Beautiful place to stay. The views and quietness were amazing. For the self-contained.
Was by ourselves no one else. Beautiful sunset and sky full of stars. Lots of birds. A bit windy at the time we camp but there are shades and trees to shelter. A few hikers showed up the next morning. ???
Camping_24 Apr Take long way by sand road (not sealed road) through National Park to go to. Good place, have table to cook and eat, small house have roof on top can camping under. No windy, high moisture so very wet in the morning
Like nost comments, some of Australias top campsites here. But the FLIES ahhh i got so many bites from the big horse flies. Will be avoiding this stop on my way back.
Toilet works again. Really nice location and the rocks make a great walk. We didnt see any kangaroos but alot of roo poop:/ Tip is to not throw any foodwaste on the ground as we got accompanied by lizards. Would stay here again?
Toilet have fallen down. Unusable. They seem to have been hit by Lightning.
Place invaded by flies, just to fill with water ..
Cool spot with beautiful views. But there’s just too many bugs - I know it’s the outback but it was like being swarmed with flies, bees and caterpillars, we had to move on it was driving us crazy
Amazing spot! Most beautiful between Ceduna and Port Augusta. Plenty of space and trees for shade. Toilet and BBQ. Accessing though a good dirt road (5mins from the main road) and can be done by any vehicle. You can camp right next to some beautiful rock formation. If you have a walk and watch the gorgeous sunset from the rocks, Do take care though, as we have seen a snake between the rocks. Just be aware. And enjoy!
