Good place, by the river and in the dark sky reserve. Nice view, quiet place. clean and not smelly toilets, that's rare for a free camp ! Some spots are along the river with a very nice view, almost full when we were there early october

What a great spot. Toilet is clean. Room for maybe 10 campers/ vans. Very friendly ferry operator. Fantastic op shop “top of the hill”. Stayed two nights

A fantastic spot! Has a dump, toilet, water and wildlife- and the birds as previously commented, can be noisy. But didn’t bother us in our camper. There is a field just on the corner travelling up the road after crossing the ferry, past the camp on the Right, which the hairy nosed wombats reside. Pop over early morning or sunset to see if you can spot them! We stayed two nights to catch the night tour of wildlife .

We agree . Just been to the school library. Fantastic Christmas decorations and great selection of books.

This is a beautiful spot, generally clean, some noise from road and ferry. Late in the year galahs can be very raucous.
