Spend one night here. It's actually free but you can make a donation. There's barbecues and a lake next to the campground in a gorgeous area. Toilets and showers are really clean. But it's really loud during the night as you're next to a main a road. Trucks noise starts at 4am and as we were in a tent, the ground was even shaking underneath us as they were passing by.

Perfect for a night stay :) Road was quite loud overnight in just the swag! But great facilities, cold shower was free (or else I was just lucky).. would recommend.

FREE Campsite! Managed by the local Lions Club so you can leave a donation in the Box. Good toilets and Coin shower. We we're lucky as there was a free sausage sizzle when we arrived :) Theres a huge Park to Walk around, a Lake to see ducks and platypus! Recommending this place :)

This camp site is actually free, you can leave a small donation right next to the amenities if you want to. For one night this was perfect for me just sleeping in a regular car. Toilets were alright for a free campsite. There’s a lovely park right next to it with a bbq and even lighted seating for when it gets dark. I felt safe here as a woman travelling by herself.

We paid $3 to use the hot shower but only got ice water. We called the number but nothing was done and we lost our money.

This place was packed with caravans when I arrived here - had to squeeze in just next to the road, was quite a noisy night and didn't feel comfortable. Toilets were clean, shower wasn't but that was probably because of all the people staying there. If it's not busy it is obviously a really nice place to stay!

One of our favourite spots in Tassie. Pets are now allowed as long as they are restrained and cleaned up after. It always takes one to spoil the occasion. Signs clearly state, NO GENERATORS, POWER TOOLS OR CHAINSAWS. So why did our neighbour start his generator up? If you need power go to a caravan park.

Great free camp spot in a lovely town! 3x$1 coins for a 4 minute shower, great shower, nice and hot! Clean toilets and drinking water available. Recommend the 15 minute walk into town, litter rivers brewery is a must and ellesmere cafe is great for coffee + breakfast
