All the other comments are valid, but the owner is really grumpy and unfriendly. Don't let him spoil your stay!

Very nice camping site by the river site. Firepots are available. Very neatly maintained bathrooms and showers. There’s a children’s park nearby. Amazing place would certainly recommend this place.

Stayed here in October, we were able to book via phone on the day. There is an excellent new toilet block which is very clean. They also have a camp kitchen which is dated but has all you need and a laundry which you need to pay to use. The view of the river is lovely.

Big park …lower amenities block having maintenance done on it during the day so a long walk to the other block in the rain . Not the biggest drama . Washing machines n dryers were great . Showers huge n great pressure . Showers are now free .

Lovely caravan site. We needed somewhere to do laundry and general tidy up of camper. Had a non powered site, on the waters-edge. Cleanest bathrooms ive been in at a caravan site. 4$ for laundry and 20cent for 3 min shower.

Great camp site! Easy short walk to town and great amenities. You can hire fire pits from office if you want to have a fire. The site is right on the South Esk River which on this occasion produced a beautiful 350mm Brown Trout for me!

Quite and cute. Great facilities with showers for 20c for 3.5mins we had a powered site and they had everything laundromat, close to shops and a cute little community for caravans.

Photos are misleading. Only a small amount of sites are shady riverside sites, the rest are small patches of grass in a glorified gravel carpark. Pay per person per site so quite pricey for family. Dated key system for amenities block. Unfriendly staff and loud trains all night long. Don't recommend.

Unpowered sites are right at the river front on a large spacious lawn with trees and tables. The kitchen has a hot plate, BBQ, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, but no cookware or silverware. Bathrooms were very clean with 20c for 3.5 minutes of hot water.

So lovely near river and peaceful. Loved hearing the birds sing
