Beautiful park surrounded by expansive views. We enjoyed a lovely night in a non-powered site along the river with only the sound of a waterfall. Peaceful setting, exceptionally friendly and kind owners (they are 'new' owners since 2 years ago), endless hot water & a fine laundry facility. Convenienct location to the falls and loads of awesome hikes. Highly recommend.
Very friendly couple that own this! $35 for an unpowered site, clean showers and toilets. No kitchen but in walking distance from the pub and the IGA. My phone reception worked fine here too
Actually not a campground but a backyard camping with puddles everywhere and mud. Really needs renovation. But as clean as possible. No WiFi, minimal receiption.
$35 unpowered site. Old but nice and clean amenities. Friendly caretakers. Tumbling brook below van park.
New owners and in the process of doing the park up as still very old and outdated but clean amenities. Beautiful view of the mountains
We got a spot last minute when everything else was booked. Very nice owner, said, he will squeeze us in and we happened to have one of the biggest sites of our trip? old style park but I liked it a lot although there's a lead mining factory next door and a river not suitable for swimming... The town seems somehow dead, lots of shops/restaurants closed, even the visitor/heritage centre. Close to famous montezuma falls hike.
Great campsite! The tent is sheltered under a roof! The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean. The manager is nice. I recommend.
Needed a place to stay last minute, were able to come in and set up (find your own spot) and pay in the morning, which was handy. Amenities very tired, 3 showers in ladies but if you run more than one at a time there was no water pressure, so had to take turns showering. Laundry facilities good Very basic park, we ere lucky and got some grass but most sites were gravel.
Charming old-school caravan park, old amenities, several cabins and some powered sites. View towards the mountains great, spent a rainy day there. Nice host, $ for powered site quite expensive though, but that seems to be a standard price around here
Friendly owner. $25 for unpowered site and $30 for powered. Warm showers but very old facilities. Good place for mount Murchison and Montezuma falls walks
