Get in early if you want a powered site as it’s a first in basis for picking an area to park. Toilets/showers not very clean. For $45pn it was ok for location only. No bookings taken
Maybe not the latest shower but very good and hot. Nice located next to a small lake where you can watch platypus.
We booked 2 nights. Wifi doesn't work, no internet connection!! Only BBQ doesn't work, out of order!! No hot water, showers out of order, out of order. In this situation, 35 AUD per night is clearly too much!! The only accessible ones are the smelly public toilets!! No price reduction, very poor service
We were supposed to pay 28 dollars 2p with no electricity and no shower. The toilet block doesn't look good. Nevertheless, people are standing close together. Nothing for us.
Lovely camping site
Excellent site, located behind the post office. Wifi both inside and just behind building, 2A for power and hot shower. The combined toilet and bathroom are old. It is f functional.
Lovely little spot although it sure how 19 caravans would fit as the sign suggests. Public toilets are on the site so you could use those. But if using the facilities you get a key to use the private toilet and shower rooms (3). Nice bbq on site. Quiet spot. Some interesting history around the place. We missed out on a pub meal as they were closed for renovation that day.
Loved this spot. It was quiet and peaceful spot to pull up for a couple of nights on either side of doing a big cradle mountain hike. It’s a 40 minute drive to the cradle mountain visitor centre. We saw platypus at dusk and it was magical :) There’s plenty of powered and unpowered sites. $28 per night for a powered site - includes use of bathrooms. Washing machine is $4 and dryer $4. Walking distance to the pub :)
showers + washing machine. Clean & very nice people. Kitchen shelters with barbecue & sink + other shelters with a table. The manager of the village bar is adorable.
What an amazing place! Very nice ladies at the roadhouse who waited for us to arrive shortly after closing time. Had an unpowered site, which was nicer than the powered (less packed and therefor really nice views). Saw lots of platypus in the lake and even a couple in the little stream there too. Clean toilets, very nice hot showers.
