Fabulous quiet place to camp in bush. Wildlife and wildflowers abound. Each camp-site is fairly secluded, has picnic table and fire place with swing arm cooking plate. Bring in all you need including wood, and of5th 6th course take everything out again. Bonus: is only 5kms in to Res on mainly bitumen road and there is a lovely Cafe who serve delicious Devonshire tea and good coffee right at the turnoff in Stuart Mill.
Came here for the Labor Day long weekend. Very peaceful, nice place to camp, flushable toilets. Would come back again, loved being here.
Great campsite with clean toilets and plenty of room. Upper dam empty at the moment, but only a 10 min walk to the lower dam which is nearly full at the moment. (2 weeks ago) Some nice walks to be had, and some 4 wheel driving along the ridge.
Plenty of good sites in this campground. Good toilets and fire pits. Wildlife to be seen. Lower res is empty currently. Phone reception poor but ok 5kms up the road depending on your carrier.
Great little spot for a stop over. Flushing toilets and plenty of space. Camp area is not near the water. Lots of wildlife bouncing about which the kids loved to see.
Please don't bring your dogs here. It's a national park. There are plenty of signs but some people think they can do what they like.
Peaceful, picturesque camping area. Plenty of space with great fire places. Clean and tidy toilet block. Water in reservoir low at present. Kangaroos and lots of birds. Easy access. Well done Parks Victoria. A place to which we will return.
Large camping area some with fire pits and picnic tables very dry at present due to drought weir is dry good for a few days of R&R lots of native animals road sealed but single lane into campground take care of kangaroos while driving in and out. Flush toilets and non drinking water .
