Very nice camping area with plenty of shade. There are a number of fire pits, and tables. There is also a covered area if it’s raining. Toilets are drop type . Only four caravans when we were there, and very quiet. P&M
Beautiful campground! Very flat and has lots of fire pits for campfires. Lots of campers but it's a big place so there is space for everyone 😊 Foggy in the morning so very magical. 10/10.
Perfect! Great spot
Fantastic spot that is well maintained and plenty of fireplaces that have just been renewed. Drop toilet can be a bit ordinary at times but only a short wander into town & there are flushing loos and (cold only) shower but all free. Shop is awesome and not expensive at all & pub schnitzel night is fantastic, and the opshop when open is well worth a visit as well. The railtrail is well worth the walk as well. Do the right thing & leave a donation at the shop to keep this place free.
Very nice and large area. Lot of shade!
Really nice place, loads of camping spots next to the river. Nice and open, a lot of big trees to shelter from the sun if you want to camp out of it. They have one or two built in fire pits with grills attached for BBQs. Also have an electric BBQ just before the camp spot, near the park. Some sheltered seating too. Toilets are drop toilets, so they are as clean and you expect. Down the road (bowls club) there’s public toilets and they are spotless. Really quiet,
Top spot near the river, with plenty of wood for in ground fires and relatively new toilets. This space is well maintained with a pub and store within walking distance. Nice and flat.
A fine place to stay for only one night. The place offers a non-flush toilet which seemed ok. Not many travellers when we were there.
Great free camp, wood carvings as you drive in are awesome, long drop toilet was a surprise to our 12 year old son ??
Great and Pease full, 3 fire pit. Great for bush walking, no water and toilet old style but for free what can you spec bring fire wood ☺
