Awesome camp-site. But the address given is for a private residence. Camp ground entrance is 200m further down the road.
We are regulars to Skipworth Reserve, and just love the place . A1 for everything
Lovely shady campground on the Goulburn river 7km south of Jamieson. There are 3 long drop toilets, quite a few tables and fire pits. Great place to camp and gets very busy over holiday times.
Definitely want to come back here, large area right next to the river suitable for all cars and caravans/camper trailers. Plenty of fire pits, there was a little bit of firewood but I recommend bringing your own, a few drop toilets but bring your own toilet paper. The river isn't deep at all but a 5 minute walk away on the north side of the camping ground and you'll find a spectacular water hole. I saw people fishing and kayaking down the river too. Beautiful spot, best free camping I've done
This is a great spot to camp on the edge of the river. 3 clean long drop toilet blocks that are Unisex with wheelchair access toilets beside them, but make sure you have your own toilet paper. Plenty of fire pits, but bring your own wood. No fresh water, so again bring your own. Picnic tables and seats are plentiful. Would definitely come back here. ??
One of the best free campground ive been to so far . Clean green free
