Great spots right on the river front, lots of spots to camp that are nice abd flat. Looks like some of the roads are a bit rutted so probably pretty boggy in wet conditions. Easy for a caravan to get through. Need to be fully self contained (no amenities, but plenty in town near by)

recommend great spot stayed 2 nights. was nice seeing the houseboats going past. Bird live. Nice walks along the river. Very relaxing. Will stay again. 👍👍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Stayed here in our roof top, felt very safe, every spot has a view of the river and is right on the river bank. There were a few others camping as well, mainly caravans. Quiet. No toilets but close to town. Camp spots go right along down the road until there is a sign where campers are not allowed past. Telstra and Optus service

Good place to stay. It has toilets in the car park, tap water (non drinkable) and picnic tables. Also has some tracks and a bird lookout. Possible to do watersports. Accessible by 2WD A lot of flies tho!
