Really nice and safe spot off and below the highway. Some undercover area, fire pits, plenty of bins, and tables to share. Gravel road but barefoot safe

Official 24 hour rest area at Lyndon River, Minilya, WA. Must be self-contained, limited facilities. Flat bitumen base with limited shade. Facilities include drop toilets, bins, seating and dump point. Absolutely no water. Very weak Telstra reception (at night) but no Optus/TV. Good campground for an overnight stay. Attractive setting alongside the Lyndon River. Reasonably quiet despite proximity to highway.

Very good free campsite for a night ! It's near the road but still pretty quiet. No water available but long drop toilets & places to do a fire camp.

Nice place for the night right beside the river. Toilet was clean and there are some trees which provide sufficient shade. Can get a bit noisy as its directly beside the highway.
