The road to the campsite is quite long, but it's doable. Drive slowly as it's unpaved. The area is very pleasant, with wooden benches, picnic tables, and a clean barbecue (they must have been replaced recently). There are several bins and the toilets are very clean!
The dirt road continues, but we were able to get there without any problems in a 2WD standard car. There are men's and women's restrooms, and toilet paper is provided. There are also picnic tables. There is only one small, old water tap, and although it does have water, it does have some rust in it, so be careful. There is ample parking space, and the area is very quiet, making it a comfortable place to spend the night. It was a very pleasant place for a free campsite.
Dirt track to the campsite, we were in a small van and got in and out fine. Working BBQs, flushing toilet, small working sink, and benches to eat. Lots of mosquitos, but to be expected near the water. Really great find for a night before heading to Wave rock (30 mins away).
Free campsite with toilets/BBQ/Table/trash can and even shelter in case of rain. If you wake up early you may see kangaroos.
Campsite very complicated to find but accessible to all vehicles, tables, toilets, barbecue and covered place, little internet network. Great place
We liked it very much. So quite and nice
Perfect place to stay with everything : water, toilets, bbq, tables, fire We enjoyed it !
Beautiful free camp, clean toilets, clean bbq area, concrete fire pits. Highly recommend this great little spot! It is hard to find, there is only a brown road street sign at the intersection that will point you in the right direction!
Good for one night. Tables, bbq, shed and toilets. Quiet since it is not close to the road
Perfect free camp! 30 minutes from wave rock. Shelter, toilets, bbq, fire pits what more could you want! Had the place to ourselves! Easily accessible to anyone! Flies are annoying but that's a given. Why pay if you got this! Definitely a must do if near wave rock.
