Big place. Barely any wind. No flies. Excellent mobile reception (Telstra).

Huge rest area. No toilet. We stayed here alone. Is good for one night.

Huge flat area that branches back into lots of areas that are quite away from the road. Only ones there. No flies or wind this time.

We came from Cocklebiddy and turned right as the trail came first (not signposted) However there was only a long trail leading into the reserve and little space for camping. A little farther to the left was a site that offered more space through out, with some shade and more bushes. Very windy. Little flies. Little street noise. Typical bush camping.

Great spot to pull over for one night. Trash everywhere but plenty of space to spread out. Be prepared to get a fine layer of red dirt over everything you own.

Free roadside campsite, with quite a bit of litter spread around. Convenient location off the Eyre Highway and we saw a beautiful sunset. Satisfactory for a one night stay.

It’s possible to park on the left and right side of the road, left is maybe a bit nicer. There were a few kangaroos around when we arrived in the evening. It’s quiet (you can here the noise of the road a bit) and a little bit dirty because stupid people leave their stupidness there. It’s pretty good for one overnight stop! And yes, there are ants and flies... But that’s nature! Cheers

You can camp here if necessary but there is nothing here. Sadly people just throw their trash on the ground, it is really dirty here... There are also a lot of really small ants. I do not recommend this place unless you really need to get of the road.
