Official 24 hour rest area on the way to Karijini National Park on Great Northern Highway. Limited facilities. Medium dirt/gravel/dirt base campground with limited shade. Bins and a covered seating area. No mobile reception or TV. Suited as an overnight stopover. Very noisy from the relentless truck traffic on the Great Northern Highway day and night. Quite scenic amongst the hills and small gorges.
Very good campsite with lot of space and away from the highway. In the middle of the trees with no one else than us ??
Good campsite to stay in for a night! We were able to make a small fire also which kept the flies away. Lots of road trains in the night however didn’t find a problem for us! T&J
We had a good free stay but a toilet would be nice and we could hear the road trains the whole night.
Nice spot with a lot of cows!
Quite a good rest area to stay. It's not too far away from Karijini NP, but just a shame there isn't anything useful provided really. It would've been nice if they had a toilet. Had a good sleep though, because you can't hear much noises from the highway.
