For 60 NZD you get good Wi-Fi, clean and hot showers, an adults-only jacuzzi, electricity and water hookups, and a peaceful stay. We were tired of searching for free campsites and struck gold here. Highly recommended.

Nice hot tub area and good shared community spaces available. Bathrooms are well kept.

Nice dinosaur topic, friendly staff. Facilities nothing special but ok. Pool closed between 3:40-5:40 pm.

Stayed one night and it was great. Kitchen was large and clean. Several showers with hot water-minimal water pressure though. Overall a great place. Had powered and unpowered spots. Recommend booking as it does fill up.

Stayed one night, nice place. Nice looking bathrooms, 2 different ones, smaller and bigger ones. There is 8 showers total. Unlimited WIFI. Big kitchen.

It's a nice concept with the dinosaurs, but it's already getting old. The swimming pool in particular was rusty in many places. And what's particularly unpleasant: the pool is occupied by students at the best time of day (between 3 and 6 in the afternoon) and cannot be used! Unfortunately, the bouncy castle isn't always inflated and the playground is also quite old and some things don't work. Too bad. You could do more with it. Otherwise everything was clean.

We stayed here 1 night (November, powered place NZD 58) A great place, with great kitchen. The showers were good, but they only had two.

A bit expensive for a powered campervan site, but the facilities were great, best toilets and showers in a campsite so far, well worth the $58. Thanks All Seasons!

Very clean T&S , the park its self was tidy and very child friendly, nice and peaceful with the odd plane taking off now and again, staff friendly and helpful, lots to do about Rotorua so we stayed an extra night. On a funny note when we checked in the lovely lady said the swimming pool is only 32d. But it is open until 9.30pm each night ! 32d get me in !!! Thank you .
