This is a great quiet and quaint no fuss location. The owner Craig was awesome, so flexible and helpful. This is out of town and much quieter than the other sites. Good hot water $1 for 6 minutes. $20 for one person unpowered. Loveit

We were welcomed warmheartedly! Washing and drying is 4$ each, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were super nice and clean. There was even a heater for these rooms for the evening! 10 mins walk to city center and spa. 15 mins walk to Hanmer Forest Park with lots of walkways and hikes. Wifi was available and worked fine. We would definately camp here again!

Pine Holiday Park lovely people, great location. Accommodated us over the new years on short notice with powered and non power sites. However knowing what I know now I would of looked elsewhere to camp even DOC or freedom camping. Grey water waste every 2-3 spaces apparently 'Sink Waste' caused an unwanted odour. Shower and toilets were the most disappointing never cleaned appropriately just vacuumed. Shower curtains,drains rarly changed or cleaned out. Camp-site lacks staff.

Clean and convenient. Close to town, adequate kitchen, laundry and amenities. Good size spaces.

We stayed in a self contained motorhome for one night. 15 min flat walk to the thermal pools and cafes/pubs. Basic park but good enough for our purpose and only 90 mins easy drive from Christchurch

Prompt check in , you can get coins for shower and laundry at the reception. Good location, 15 min walk to thermal pools

Essy and friendly check in. 5-10 min walk to the pools and the center. kitchen was clean. Extra payment for 6 min shower but we loved it.

Check in friendly and easy. Pitch was a spacious grass site. Kitchen was small and quite run down, but functional. Showers coin operated. Pressure was average, but hot. Overall fairly clean and acceptable stay.

Not friendly staff, had to pay extra to use any of the facilities, wifi didn’t work, overpriced.

Friendly staff. We decided to stay here as far to cold to freedom camp. Good facilities and heated bathrooms which was amazing. Good showers!
