Great place to stop - staff were lovely and are fine for you to park for free providing you use the pub - which we did. Parked at the back - as we were asked to - so no real road noise either. Paid about $60 for 2 main meals - food was good and the portion sizes generous.
Great place to stop. Pop into the bar when you arrive and they will assist you with where to park. Must be self contained. Great staff and awesome meals.
Meals were amazing and service was fantastic, this is a definate stop
The location is great for exploring the wineries, however if felt like quite an unfriendly environment when we were there, we weren’t made to feel welcome in our van at all unfortunately and it made us feel awkward just being there. One of the cleaners was also quite rude to me. If they don’t want campers in their car park then don’t advertise is as being a camping spot, simple as that.
Carpark of a pub/motel. Pop in when you arrive to grab a drink or some food and it will be a free space to park up. There is a toilet inside pub when you eat/drink there or a public toilet 2 mins walk around the corner. They even invited us to their Christmas party! Please support this pub as its a great free spot and close to a couple of wineries. We walked to Gibson Bridge winery, Forrest (our fave of the day) and then Framingham. It was 15 mins walk between each one and ideal to save us some money on tours.
Stayed here the evening prior and evening of doing a wine tour. Staff were super friendly and tried (but unfortunately failed) at putting some requested sport on for us. Food - well priced and good quality. Public toilets short walk but also ok to use pub as long as you’re paying customer.
Not for large camper vans.
Great spot to stay in the winery area. We ate in the pub and the food was great, we had a veggie burger and a chicken and bacon burger. The staff were very friendly and provided us with information on the area. Public toilets are a 1 minute walk as well.
Good spot if needed for wine tasting and leaving vehicles in a safe place, can easily walk to 3-5 vineyards within 20 minutes. Not the best nights sleep as near the road and bar music on til late but ok if needed...
Very friendly staff, they suggested you to have a drink (no obligation) but that's only fair. You can use their facilities. Beer and burger are very good !! No noisy at all !
