There are no overnight portaloos available at the National Army War Musuem - they have just been removed

Such an amazing place! I spend almost 3h in here. Nice guides that love to answer all your questions. Nice café too. A good place to spend the night and the next morning.

Fantastic Museum! Well worth the $15 entry fee. You could spend hours here! They have so many artifacts and so much information. Highly recommend.

Very interesting, learnt a lot about the history of NZ. Worth the price (15 nzd pp). We spent there couple of hours, perfect for a rainy day. Lovely cafe and wifi in the building.

Really good. We did not expect such a nice museum here. Very richly endowed and arranged you will not be disappointed. We stayed there for 3 hours. Course for children with a room where we disguise. Self service. Shop. Well worth a visit. Only observation: such equipment deserves audio guides in several languages. We recommend without hesitation

Good as a reminder of bad decisions in politics... Left the museum in a sad mood. A lot of guns and historic displays.

Absolutely brilliant. Both child and adult friendly. So very moving and informative. Defiantly worth your time.
