Don’t worry about not having a sandborad. You can lend one for 15$ each right at the start of the dunes.

This place is awesome. We did take our own board. The access is via a non-sealed road but it’s short and wide. Take some shoes you don’t mind getting wet. We had to cross a small stream. There is two ways to access - a gentle slope or a straight up dune which was hard work. Slip, slop and slap and take in the views! Definitely worth a stop.

Be very careful sand surfing there, it may not seem dangerous because it's sand and the lady there won't tell you to be cautious but I've broke my back there and lost my legs..

An amazing experience and such a workout ? Do not bring your own bodyboard - support Dave and Rose. It was quite windy so tread carefully. $15 to rent boards and they have goggles etc. For other needs

Lots of fun! Good to go early when the sand isn’t too hot. Major workout but even 3 rides is worth it. As Dave said “it’s like coffee, you don’t need a lot of it to get your fix”

Holllyyyyyyyy those sand dunes are epic !!! Honestly the most fun I’ve had in ages, a real work out going up but it’s worth it so come back down. Prepare to be covered in sand!!! But it’s worth it! Do it!!!

They're not exaggerating the "giant" bit. The dunes were even more imposing than I expected. Amazing otherwordly scene. I was expecting to be jumped by jawas or eaten by a sandworm. Don't do what i did and take your shoes off. The sand might seem cool enough but then the sun comes out and it heats up really fast.

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend to explore the dunes to the right as everyone seems to stick to the ones on the left when you arrive. We didnt hire boards and went for a long walk instead, just breathtaking! Bring plenty of water and the hot sand can also burn your toes!

Dave and Rose are absolutely fabulous - highly recommend hiring boards per person and bringing cash if possible but can bank transfer. Must do the largest hill as Dave recommended for a thrill seekers adventure
