Short walk but very nice through the forest.

Only 390m but what a walk! Some native bush with a magical soundtrack from beautiful birds and with a couple of great Kauri trees. There is no boot cleaning station so make sure you keep to the boardwalk as there are not many of these giants left. It may sound useless to mention this but despite all the information available we saw some people getting off the boardwalk to hug the tree all the while deliberately walking on the roots with dirty boots ?

Beautiful, short walk (5 min) along a winding wooden path. The kauri trees are impressive! Worth a detour!

Short walk on some bridges so you won't have to get mud all over your shoes. Wouldn't recommand unless you really want to see some Kauri trees. About 2km of gravel roads to get there.
